Summer Camp: Thanks to All!
Hi from Lauren and Alan Atwood. We, both white belts, attended our first Summer Camp. We both experienced many emotions, made many new friends, and were humbled by the love and support we received from everyone regardless of their experience level. I am speechless about receiving the Martial Arts Spirit Award! I thank everyone who was involved with recognizing me. I especially thank my daughter Lauren, age 13, for she was the one who wanted me to take her to classes and support her efforts at OMAC; and Mr. Shaffer, our primary teacher, for allowing me to take my first classes for free. I was immediately hooked by him...and...well...the roundhouse kick Lauren delivered during our first class together that shook my chest. I had to join! Love to all...GO WOODCHUCKS! Alan and Lauren

Winter Camp and Big Bow
Mark your calendars for a weekend of hard workouts and exciting new curriculum. The Moogong Ryu Winter Camp and Big Bow is coming soon. The camp staff is hard at work making this camp the best ever with all new offerings.
This year our Winter, Spring, and Fall camps will feature two specials. First of all, there will be no test during camps, which will allow attendees to focus their entire time and efforts toward camp and not be distracted by the testing process. Also, each camp will be designed around a theme. The Winter Camp theme is Competition. Special classes will be held people interested in competitions - as competitors, coaches, referees, or volunteers!
